Armkor can provide a regular Planned Preventative Maintenance system at your warehouse/handling facility which includes the following:

  • Planned/scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual inspections, services and out of hours shutdowns to coincide with the client’s operational requirements
  • Supply, hold and replenish parts list which will optimise administration of materials management and direct purchases, minimise stock holding and analyse vendor performance
  • Assign Asset Register to catalogue all system parts as itemised and laid out in manufacturer’s maintenance manuals
  • Provide the on-site engineer with a PC complete with PPM Software
  • Produce reports to evaluate system efficiency, breakdowns, repairs, long term value of equipment and expenditure
  • Assignment of a dedicated Engineer from Monday to Friday with the assistance of a dedicated Management Team and Software Technical support
  • Emergency breakdown cover 7 days a week, 365 days per year
  • Armkor’s skilled workforce includes hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical engineers, electricians and fabricators, all of whom are experienced in their fields and fully qualified.
